App Functions

Launch New Month

Promotes the upcoming month to the running schedule (players can still edit those votes), then opens a new upcoming period for the next month's voting. Confirmed bookings are preserved.

Clear Image Cache

Forces the player app to reload fresh image URLs from the sheet on next visit. Use this after updating a group's Cloudinary URL if the old image is still showing.

Sync Vote Headers

Re-writes the date column headers in the Votes sheet to match the current schedule. Use this if votes appear misaligned or have disappeared after a manual schedule edit.
